 Concidentally heard about Dave Carroll's experience just after hearing a friend made a flight safely yet the luggage was lost (unknown carrier). The net is another "source of word of mouth". Had to check this video out. Truly amusing, talented & witty! "Dave Carroll", please do not let me miss the Spot on Saturday Night Live, when it happens! Here is a gentleman that is a perfect example of how important it is for a company to pay attention to their customer service. If United Airlines had a Buzz Page and addressed his concerns ahead of time they may have avoided some of this press coverage that may have caused them unnecessary setbacks. Regardless of the events, I liked the song and am interested in hiring you to possibly help script a message that could help others avoid this type of situation for their comapny thru social media.
